Exchanges and Returns
We have a no quibble policy at Ness. If there is any reason you
would like a refund or exchange we are happy to do so. To return
your order, email Vanessa stating
your name, Order Number and whether you would like a
refund or an exchange. If you want an exchange, please specify
what you product, colour and size you would like.
Alternatively you can phone us on 0131 558 8950 to be given a
return number - this allows us to alert the warehouse that an item
is coming back. Enter this returns number on the returns
form which should have arrived with your order. Please detail
whether you would like to receive a refund or an exchange for
another size, colour or style.
When returning an item, please send it back to us in the
original condition with a copy of the original invoice within 28
days.
The items should be returned to the address below. When
returning goods, we recommend that you send goods back by recorded
delivery for your own security as we unfortunately cannot accept
responsibility for goods being returned to us that get lost in the
post or are otherwise not received at our Returns Department.
All returns should be sent to: Returns Department, Ness, c/o Sykes, Nether Road,
Galashiels, TD1 3HE
Please note that unless the item is faulty we cannot
refund any postage costs incurred for goods that are being
exchanged or refunded. All refunds should be dealt with within 14
days of receipt. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the
original payment type and within 14 days of processing. Please
allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your
