
How to use our site
If you have the style code of
the item you wish to order you can search for it using the site
search box at the top of the page. Simply type in the style code in
the search box and click “GO”. Alternatively you can
search by the name of the style also using this
box.
Placing your order
Once you have decided on the items you wish to order,
select your colour and size and then click add to bag. You
can continue to browse the site and add items to
your basket when you wish.
You will see the Shopping bag is updated with
your selected products. To view or change what’s in your
bag simply click on the link at the
top.
When you have finished shopping click on the “your
bag” link at the top of the page, review your items and
select “checkout”. Select your
desired delivery method. Please see above for prices and delivery
times. If you have a discount code please
enter it in the box provided. Any relevant discount will be
deducted from the total of your order. Please
see below on tips how to use discount codes. When requested enter
your card details and delivery address if
this is different from your account
address.
If you hold a Ness account and log in using your email
address and password your delivery details will automatically be inputted.

Payment methods accepted
We accept the following types
of card: Maestro, American Express, Delta, MasterCard, Visa, Visa
Debit and Solo.
Using a discount code
To claim a discount or free
postage promotion you must enter a valid discount code in the box
provided and press go. Please check that the discount has been
deducted from your order before proceeding. If you do not follow
this method the discount will not appear. Unfortunately we cannot
reimburse anyone who has not entered the code correctly.

How quickly will I receive my
order?
We aim to dispatch all our orders out within 48
hours, except those placed after 1pm on a Friday or over the
weekend, depending on the delivery service you select you should be
able to receive your order as soon as within 1-2 days of dispatch.

Is all of Ness made in
Scotland?
Here at Ness we are committed to using natural
yarns and quality fabrics and where ever possible we source
and produce these in the UK. We
are always challenging ourselves to use local suppliers, buy
quality and help the environment and we promise you we will keep
doing so.
Where do you
deliver?
Ideally we want to send Ness everywhere in the
world but unfortunately we can’t always do that. We deliver
almost everywhere but for current restrictions or limitations
please check www.ups.com
What if I’m not in when
you deliver?
Don’t worry UPS will leave a postcard
through your door informing you where you can collect your parcel
or how to arrange an alternative delivery
time.
Can I have free
delivery?
Certainly! We are currently running a free delivery
promotion when you spend over £75. Spend £75 or more and
we’ll deliver your order to you using standard delivery free
of charge!
How do I track my
order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a
dispatch confirmation email. If after this you wish to track your
parcel please contact us and we can provide the tracking number to
you. This number can be used to track the progress of your package
with UPS. Simply visit: www.ups.com and enter your tracking
number. Please note you are only able to track UK
deliveries.
What’s your return
policy?
We believe in making your life as stress free as
possible! If for whatever reason you want to return an item you
have bought from us please do so. All we ask is that you return the
item within 28 days in the condition you received it. Please see
our returns section for more information.
Why don’t you offer
free returns when other companies do?
Although we’d love to be able to offer you
free returns we’d need to absorb this cost elsewhere and we
didn’t want to put our prices up! We hope you love the items
you buy from us and therefore don’t need to return
them.
