Tracking your order

We use UPS to make sure our goods reach you in perfect condition and in a good time. Usually this take 3-4 days from placing your order, but if for whatever reason your parcel doesn't turn up we can track it for you.

To track your parcel, contact our Customer Service team at Vanessa@ness.co.uk with your Order Number and your full name and we will get in touch. Or you can ring us on 0131 558 8950 with the same information and we can track the parcel for you.
