Tracking your order
Please enter a valid email address when placing
your order. Our system will send you an email confirmation when
your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If you would like to
track your parcel further please contact vanessa@nessbypost.com
with your name and order number and she will happily track your
parcel for you and issue you your tracking number.

UK Delivery
We currently only offer one method of
delivery: STANDARD DELIVERY (£4.95 Free when you spend £75 or more
in one transaction) However we have improved this service and all
orders placed should be with you within 3-4 working days. Please
note that if you place your order before midday Monday to Thursday
we will do our best to dispatch your parcel the same day for
delivery 1-2 working days later. Orders placed on Friday will not
ship to the following Monday. Please note further delay to
deliveries will be caused by bank holidays and over the festive
season.
In the interest of security all parcels are sent by a courier and
will have to be signed for. In the event that you or a member of
your household are not available, a card will be left for you to
arrange collection at your local collection point.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working
days subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If
the address that you state as your billing address online does not
match the address your card is registered to there may be a delay
in the dispatch of your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for
any delay and will not refund postage charges.
If your
order does fail at the final stage of confirmation the amount may
still show up on your account due to the authorisation request sent
to the bank. However, it will be deleted by your bank the next
working day when they clear their records and see the transaction
failed. We can assure you no money is taken from failed
transactions and we only take payment on dispatch of successful
orders recieved.

Please allow between 5-7 Working Days from dispatch for you order
to arrive by International Courier.
*This is a minimum charge. Weight dependent - In some rare cases
the postage will be reviewed. We will contact you if this applies
to your order. Any custom charges incurred by the package are the
responsibility of the purchaser. Ness will not be responsible for
any further charges relating to importing goods.

Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Denmark, Italy,

Orders
We have a no quibble policy at ness, if, for any reason, you would
like a refund or exchange we are happy to do so. To return your
order, please send it back to us, in the original condition and
preferably in the original packaging with proof of purchase within
28 days. When sending back an item please include a cover note or
copy of the original invoice. Please detail whether you would
prefer to receive a refund or an exchange for another size, colour
or style. This note and the item should be returned to us to
the address below. When returning goods, we recommend that you send
goods back by recorded delivery for your own security as we
unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for goods being returned
to us that get lost in the post or are otherwise not received at
our Returns Department. Ness will not be responsible and will
refuse to pay any postal or customs charges incurred by returning a
parcel to us. If you do not return the item to us within a
reasonable time we have the right to take appropriate action.

Please note that unless the item is faulty we cannot refund any
postage costs incurred for goods that are being exchanged or
refunded. All refunds should be dealt with within 14 days of
receipt. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original
payment type and within 14 days of processing. Please allow up to
two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card

Returning an item bought in store
Please note that purchases bought from any of
our ness shops cannot be returned via the website. Please return to
the store where you bought the item for assistance. If you bought
your ness item not from a ness shop but from one of our many
stockists please take your purchase back to the shop and they will
happily deal with your query. Please note that their returns and
conditions may be different from ours.
Order cancellation
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000,
you have the right to cancel any order purchased online within 7
days from the day after delivery.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, and sent by
post to the Returns Manager, quoting your order number, within
7 working days of the day after you receive the goods. If you do
not return the item to us within reasonable time we have the right
to take necessary action towards you to secure the return of the
item. The item must be returned to us in the original
condition or having been treated with reasonable care or we can
refuse to accept the return. Please note that the cost of
returning the item to us will not be refunded.
