Pricing and availability
Customs and Duty
Please note that all shipments to US and Rest of
World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which
are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges
for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over
these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We can also not
be held responsible for any delays that the custom process may
cause.
Availability
All orders for products are subject to
availability. If there are any problems with your order we will
contact you to discuss an appropriate
alternative.
Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of
production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may
have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate
of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your
delivery note. If for this or any other reason an item is not
acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 28
days in accordance with our standard return policy. This does not
affect your statutory rights. All prices shown are cash prices. The
main price quoted on our site is in British
pounds.
Code of Practice
We
subscribe to the Code of Practice established by the Mail Order
Traders’ Association in consultation with the Office of Fair
Trading. We undertake to deal with any complaint speedily and
sympathetically.
Data protection act
For credit purposes we will consult the files of a
credit reference agency who may record the search. We will also
share information about customer accounts with other lenders
through credit reference agencies to enable credit decisions to be
made or for fraud prevention or for tracing debtors. The company is
registered as a Data User under the Data Protection Act 1984. The
register entry contains descriptions of the sources, uses and
disclosures of personal data held by the
company.
Legal
Ness operates under the governing rules of the Sale
of Goods Act 1979 and operates within the jurisdiction of the
Edinburgh Sheriff Court.

The limitations of
broadcasting may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has
been taken to ensure that the descriptions
are accurate. However, specifications may
change.
Discount codes and
Promotions
From time to time we run price related discounts. All such offers
are subject to the following full terms and conditions. All items
to be discounted must be added to the basket and if necessary an
offer code must be entered at the online check out to receive your
discount. Please ensure the discount has processed correctly before
continuing to payment. We cannot be held responsible for orders not
processed with a discount when the instructions have not been
followed correctly.Normal refund rules apply and returned items
will be refunded or exchanged at the reduced price with
presentation of a valid invoice receipt.
